Phillip Howe Obituary

Phillip Stanton Howe age 67 of Lake Preston passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2023 from results of a motorcycle accident. Arrangements are with Johnson-Henry Funeral Home of Arlington, Lake Preston and Oldham.

He was born October 5, 1955 in the District of Columbia, to Stanton and Neva (Otten) Howe.

He is survived by two children, Shara Stump of Virginia Beach, VA and Jon Howe of California.
