Nancy was born on January 21, 1958, in Browns Valley, MN, to Richard and Joyce Vosberg. In 1976, she married Lee Tietjen and raised three children that they adored. In 1983, she married Kenneth Wyman and they had two additional children to adore.
Nancy was a kind and patient soul. These attributes shone through to everything she accomplished in her life’s journey. At a young age, she learned to play the piano. She occasionally played the organ and piano on Sundays at church while growing up. She was an avid horse lover. Her favorite past time was racing her horse, “Sunny”. She loved sewing, reading and word games. Good luck trying to beat her at a game of Scrabble. After her and Kenny married, as the kids were growing up, they began their own business, “Wyman Trucking” where they traveled the country sides together. In 2011, Nancy decided to take a postmaster job but retired recently when Kenny became sick to be with him. She adored her family and took good care of everything God gave her.
Left to cherish Nancy’s memory are her children: Cheryl Tietjen, of Hodgenville, KY, Linda Tietjen, of Brookings, SD, Eric Tietjen, of Brookings, SD, Angela (Zane) Reis, of Oacoma, SD, and Jason Wyman, of Brookings, SD; her mother, Joyce Vosberg, of Wilmot, SD; and mother-in-law, Mary Wyman, of Summit, SD; fourteen beautiful grandchildren who will miss her tremendously; four brothers: Brian Vosberg, Wayne Vosberg, Jerry Vosberg, Jeff Vosberg; four brothers-in-law, Merton (Val) Moe, Robin (Bonnie) Moe, David Wyman, and Leroy Wyman; three sisters-in-law, Linda (Harlan) Humphrey, Loretta (Kelvin) Hagen, and Rose (Tim) Krueger; and her many cousins and friends.
