Margie Lantgen Obituary
Margie L. Lantgen, age 79, of Watertown, SD, passed away on Monday, February 17, 2020, at a local care center. Memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 21, 2020, at Crawford-Osthus Funeral Chapel. Pastor Cheryl Rondeau-Bassett will officiate. The family is requested to meet at the chapel by 1:30 for a family prayer service.
Visitation will be at the chapel on Friday, prior to the service, starting at 1:00 p.m.
Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Watertown. Pallbearers will be Brian Crocker, Danny Crocker, Adam Lauseng and Randy Nygaard.
Margie was born on February 3, 1941, to Bernard and Helen (Schultz) Henrichs, in Watertown, SD. She was united in marriage to James Lantgen this marriage was later dissolved. Margie was a stay at home mom, raising her family. She made her home in Watertown her whole life. She most recently was living at Edgewood Assisted Living and enjoyed the fellowship and communion services provided by Grace Lutheran Church. She especially enjoyed visiting and spending time with her family and friends.
Margie is survived by her son, Cully (Tamy) Lantgen of Watertown, SD; one grandchild, Blake (Misti) Lantgen; two brothers, Carl Henrichs and Ron (Wanda) Henrichs, both of Watertown, SD; and two sisters, Shirley (Ron) Crocker and JoAnn (Lee) Lauseng, both of Watertown, SD.
She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Brandi Jo Lantgen; her parents Bernard and Helen Henrichs; and her brother, Larry Henrichs.
