Kenneth L. Bryant Sr.

Kenneth Lane Bryant Sr., age 59, of Ethan, SD, passed away on Friday, April 21, 2023.  Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Jesus Church in Watertown.  Pastor Mark Brown will officiate.  

Visitation will be at the church in Watertown on Saturday, April 29, 2023, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.

Burial will at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Watertown at a later date.

Kenneth Lane Bryant Sr. was born on September 21, 1963, to Kenneth and Ruby Bryant in Gettysburg, South Dakota. He attended East Pleasant View School in Potter County during his elementary years. He attended Mitchell Tech and graduated to become a Sheet Metal Fabricator. He was a journeyman metal fabricator for Tessiers. While working at Tessiers, he decided to go into his own business, "Duct Masters Cleaning." From there, he created, "Bryant's Heating and Air Conditioning" in Ethan, SD.

Kenneth was the most dedicated, hard-working, loving Son, Father, Brother, Uncle, and friend. He was known for his sense of humor, Generosity, and work ethic. He was loved and respected by everyone that knew him. Spending time with his family was the most important thing to him. He nurtured several hobbies, including going stupid fast on his drag racing motorcycle, snowmobiling, motorcycle trips, custom sheet metal fabrication, tending to his garden, canning, and, most recently, the Islands of Hawaii. There wasn't a project he couldn't do. If he could dream it, he could make it. He enjoyed laughter and lit up the room with his quick-witted remarks and stories.

Kenneth is survived by his mother, Ruby Bryant; and his three children, Erin Kiyukanpi, Kayla Mernaugh (Marcus), and Kenny Bryant Jr (Megan); His fiance Doreta Lineweber; her children, Brienne (Tracy) Grossman, Sioux Falls, SD; Kyle (Michelle) Lineweber; Summerset, SD; his grandchildren, Harlow, Auguste, Theodore, Leonardo, Faye, Sophia, Neveah; his brothers and sisters Richard Bryant (Fiance Judy Tolle) Pierre SD, Daniel Bryant Watertown, SD. Barbara Bryant (Fiance Doug Wishard) Henry, SD, Debra (Rodney) Tobin, Watertown, SD, David Bryant, Watertown, SD, Sheila (Samuel) Hamm, Watertown, SD, Bonita (Randy) Rappe. Great Falls, MT. Brenda (Ibrahim) Adamson, Watertown, SD. Pamela (Kevin) Bercher, Ault, CO, Regina (Steve) Ciufo, Greeley CO, Kristina (Anthony) Simon, Sioux Falls, SD; and many nieces and nephews.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Bryant; and nephew, Kevin Zoss.
