Eric John Henderson

Eric John Henderson, age 50 of Arlington, died Friday, November 14, 2025, as the results of a traffic accident in Brookings County.

Funeral services for Eric John Henderson will be 11:00 AM Friday, November 21, 2025, at Calvary Free Lutheran Church with Pastor Seth Moan officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the church. Burial will be in the Arlington City Cemetery.

Music will be provided by Shirlee Olson, the songs will be Old Rugged Cross, Soloists will be Heidi Spilde and Gene Lohan singing Scars in Heaven.

Pallbearers will be Jay DeVries, Paul Bunker, Les Hopkins, Richard (Buddy) Sapp, Trevor Kulseth and Rodd Kulseth.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Hunter Grad, Joey Henderson, Sam Henderson and Stephen Henderson.

Eric was born February 15, 1975, and is the son of Diane (Snow) and Steve Schuchhardt and Donald Henderson.

The most important person in his life was his daughter Trinity; Eric enjoyed Campfires, music and smoking meat or anything else he could think of. He enjoyed Kayaking and Sunset. When not working he would be running to one of Trin’s events, always taking thousands of pictures of every moment to make memories, or hanging outside doing yard work, or enjoying the fire.

Eric worked at Sanford Hospital for seventeen years recently as a Lift Team Tech. He spread love through the hospital with his smile and a canning sense of humor.

Eric is survived by his daughter, Trinity Strassburg, Mother, Diane (Snow) and Steven Schuchardt and Father, Donald Henderson, brother. Mike and Barb (Smith) Henderson, nephews, Hunter Grad, Joey Henderson, Sam Henderson, sister, Amy Steffensen and nephew, Stephan Henderson.

Eric was preceded in death by his grandparents Robert and Donna Henderson, Robert and Ramona Snow and many other loved ones.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Crawford-Osthus/Johnson-Henry Funeral Home of Arlington.
