AnnaBelle was born on February 27, 1925, at Ruthton, MN, to Frank and Rena (Terpstra) Vanderbush. Her mother passed away when she was 5 years old and she was raised by her father and step-mother, Dena Isebrands, on the family farm near Ruthton. When AnnaBelle was 16 years old, she moved with her family to a farm that her father had purchased near Bushnell, SD.

On October 2, 1943, AnnaBelle married Richard Myers at Ruthton, MN. To this union five children were born: Robert, Elaine, Arlene, Douglas and Loyd. The couple farmed together near Ruthton until they purchased a farm near Aurora, SD, in 1950. AnnaBelle was employed at SDSU for 7 ½ years before marrying Orville Kingslien of rural Watertown on January 10, 1970, in Huron, SD. They lived on a farm south of Watertown for 12 years before selling the farm and moving into Watertown on September 11, 1981. Orville passed away on December 5, 1982. AnnaBelle became an independent care giver after working for Social Services in the Adult Aging department for 5 ½ years. In 2010, she moved to Edgewood (Prairie Commons) retirement center.

She was a member of the Watertown Wesleyan Church in Watertown. Her main hobby was sewing and making Christmas tree skirts. AnnaBelle was known as the ‘Christmas Tree Skirt Lady' in Watertown. She also loved tending to the flowers in her yard while she was still in her home.

AnnaBelle is survived by four children: Robert (Theresa) Myers of Adel, IA, Elaine Hicks and Arlene (Jim) Murphy all of Sioux Falls, SD, and Loyd (Cathy) Myers of Rapid City, SD; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
