Ezra was born on February 17, 2017, in Sioux Falls, SD. He was born with a condition called Trisomy 18 (or Edward's Syndrome). He spent 78 days in the NICU before coming home to Vienna, SD, to be with his happy family. We believe that Ezra's precious "special" life was given that "the works of God should be made manifest in him", even as Jesus spoke of the man, blind from birth, in the Bible. Ezra's life was a miracle of God's love. He is missed by his parents and siblings, who lovingly cared for him for 8 months, 22 days and 5 hours.
Rejoicing in his victory through Jesus and joyful for having shared his life are his parents, Nathan and Wanda Seppanen; his brothers: Job, Malachi, Jude, Elijah, Carter and Sterling; his sisters: Brynna, Molly, Maybel, Trina, Tacy and Chloe; his grandparents: Stewart Seppanen and Ernie and Marti Traffie; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, friends and acquaintances.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Cora Seppanen; his infant uncle, Aaron Traffie; and cousins, Joel Seppanen and Thomas Burdick.
